Who's Who at EITC
The Early Intervention Training Center (EITC) is located at the MA Department of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition, Division of Perinatal, Early Childhood, and Special Health Needs (DPH).
EITC is committed to developing and delivering professional development opportunities that advance the well being of families with young children, and addressing the needs of children with disabilities and those at risk. EITC staff is committed to responding to the needs of EI personnel by supporting growth both within and across disciplines. Core training and mentorship ensure that all team members share a common knowledge-skill base and values — a prerequisite to providing consistent messages and services. EI parents are integral members of EITC training teams.

Jean provides vision and oversight to the many projects and ongoing tasks of the Early Intervention Training Center, with the goal of providing professional development opportunities that are responsive to the needs of the Massachusetts Early Intervention community, in collaboration with the Department of Public Health.

Holly is responsible for oversight of the process for Certification for Early Intervention Specialists (CEIS) including the 2009 review and revision of the CEIS process; management of listservs; and development of new training modules.
