Specialty Service Providers
Services for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders:
"Massachusetts Certified Early Intervention providers contract directly with approved agencies to provide services to children with a diagnosis of "Autism Spectrum Disorder" Children must be enrolled in certified Early Intervention programs and have a confirmed diagnosis on the autism spectrum in order to be eligible for these services. The Early Intervention program in which the family is enrolled makes the referral for these services."

Services for Families of Children with Hearing Loss American Sign Language Instruction
"Children who have hearing loss may benefit from the assistance of specialty providers who have special skills and knowledge in this area. The MA Department of Public Health does not currently contract with such providers.
The Early Intervention program in which the family is enrolled may contract with appropriate low incidence specialists."
