Regional Specialists, Department of Public Health

Regional Specialists for Massachusetts EI Services cover the six regions in Massachusetts. Regional specialists conduct focused monitoring of programs to ensure compliance with state EI Operational Standards and federal IDEA regulations; provide technical assistance on program implementation and consultation to program staff, families, community groups, or other agencies on early intervention issues; establish links among providers, families, and DPH; develop and conduct in-service training programs for EI providers, families who receive EI services and for community groups.
